Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

Every candle is hand-poured to order in our Dublin studio. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

During very busy periods (such as the weeks before Christmas), dispatch may occasionally take a little longer; if so, we will let you know by email.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

We use trusted courier services such as An Post, DPD, DHL, UPS. Standard and Express delivery are free throughout Ireland.

Gift Wrapping & Gift Messages

Every order is gift-wrapped free of charge. If you are sending a gift, write your message in the note field in your cart and we will handwrite it on a card.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Ireland only.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@livinglightcandle.ie with your order number.

Shipping Rates

Standard and Express delivery are free for orders delivered in Ireland.

Delays & Liability

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or customs inspections).

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages — Arrives-Perfect Promise

If your candle arrives damaged, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@livinglightcandle.ie, with a photo of the damage if possible. We will send you a new one free of charge. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
