Return and refund policy

At Living Light Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it in accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection laws.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.

  • After notifying us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been lit/used cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first at the email below.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
