Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during busy periods (such as holidays, sales campaigns, or new product launches), order processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

We use trusted courier services such as An Post, DPD, DHL, UPS. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Ireland and United Kingdom. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country. Living Light Ireland is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at livinglightireland@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Delays & Liability

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or customs inspections). Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
